The ThinkEatLift Workout App
Finally! The ThinkEatLift Workout App is here! Click here to get it for FREE!
We built it with functionality in mind. Each exercise illustration is clickable so you can adjust the weight in an instant.
It comes with built-in routines for novices & intermediates. The app will show you what exercises to perform, how much to rest between sets, how much weight you did last time, and more. This eliminates confusion and gives you the confidence you’re training effectively.
You can build your own custom routines. Adjust the sets, reps, rest time, and then easily track your progress.
The app comes with a blog section where you can stay up to date with this site.

THE STORY BEHIND THE APP
At the end of 2015 I posted this video on YouTube.
About a month later I got an email from a guy named Shbli.
What could I have said rather than OF COURSE!
Over the next few months Shbli did exactly what he said he would. Along with a small team, he developed the first version of the app with very little input from my part. I was blown away!
From that point on we started discussing ideas together, adding functionalities, testing, and fixing bugs. Our biggest setback was probably my illness during the summer. Right when the app was ready to test in the gym I could not train…
But here we are! Looking at the date of that email I now realize we’re releasing the app exactly one year later. Destiny!

Hello, the app looks very intuitive, when is Android app coming?
i was also wandering that
not available on android though
I know the app is coming to android but about when? a week or months?
I wouldn’t want to make false promises Noah. All I can say for now is a few months
really looking forward to the android version. Hate to journal in my book when traveling and really not comfortable in the gym . . .
Come on it’s been a few months now. I’m very eager to use the qndroid app. When is it gonna be out?
I downloaded it right away. It’s a cool concept and hopefully with some updates it will work really well.
I am using the Greek God program at present and also my gym’s free weight area is being refurbished so I am substituting with machines. Therefore I need to add in my own work out.
Adding the workout was easy although it wasn’t really clear how to save and return to the home screen. Also, one of the exercises kept failing to save. Adding body weight exercises was also pretty confusing.
I got it all input and wanted to check how it worked in practice and also input the details of my last workout so I entered a workout. I have to say it is kind of unclear how to start a workout and it would probably be much better if the edit/add workout and the start workout were in totally different sections of the app.
I went to the first exercise and clicked complete on the first set but was confused because nothing happened and I didn’t see the rest timer. The whole time I never really understood how the rest timer was working. It is great in theory but didn’t really work in practice because I couldn’t see it right away. Maybe it should fill most of the screen after you complete the set. Anyway, I went through and tried to complete the workout. A few strange things happened. One of my exercises would not save so never never showed the weight from last work out. One of the exercises would not let me complete my first set. I was however able to set the 2ns and 3rd sets as complete. It was a body weight exercise. In general the body weight exercises didn’t seem to work so well.
I will try it in the gym tonight but not sure o will be able to complete my workout with it.
Some other points… there is no 0.5kg plate but you are a big promoter of micro loading. In most cases the buttons seem to be activated by clicking text that is always very small. I often had to click a lot of times, especially on the buttons at the top of the screen (back, etc).
I really look forward to seeing the app after a few updates. I hope this was helpful for you.
Not yet. Soon!
Hey Radu, Hope your recovery is coming along nicely, you’ve put out a lot of great content and It really motivates me. Thank you
Why are all the rest times 2 minutes 30 seconds? Even the higher rep isolation exercises have the same rest as the compound lifts
I would love to try this as soon as the Android app becomes available.
me²! 🙁 🙂 still waiting patiently . . . 🙂
I enjoy the app, I have a couple of questions;
– Is there a way to add a superset workout?
– Can you make the screen hold when adjusting the weight in the sets edit screen?
Thak you again.
So I just got the app. Am I supposed to do workout a b and c in a single day?
When is the android app coming out? Please let me know! Thanks a million!
When’s the android version coming out?
Meeen, we need android version. Do you need help ?
Radu, when the market share of smartphones is Android, when will you consider releasing the Android version?
Thanks buddy, keep up the amazing work. You are awesome!
Incerc sa downloadez aplicatia dar nu o mai gasesc pe app store.
Stii cumva de ce?
Hi, I’ve been using the app for about a week. I’ve been adding my comments in the notes section of each exercise, however, when i complete the workout, these notes are not saved in the workout history. Am i doing something wrong?
I love the app. Super easy to use and easy to track. I have noticed that on occasion it will not save the previous workout info so I’ve been in the habit of taking a screen shot of my last workout so I don’t have to exit the workout midway to check the previous workout.
I’m also confused on the waist measurement. After I input my measurements, it displays in pounds. My example is 35.0” waist and it tracks 13 pounds. I’m assuming this is combined with weight for body fat %?
Thank you for this great tool!
How can I access the ShredSmart section at routine tab? I can pnly access the default routines
